Just started reading LAKELORE by @LaAnnaMarie. The book is awesome! I wish I’ve grown up with stories like these that have trans and non-binary characters (and queer representation in general).

Follow-up after finishing the book: This is for sure one of the most heartfelt stories I’ve ever read. One sentence from the closing note has me all crying: “Those of us who are transgender and nonbinary, we are beautiful.” At that point I couldn’t hold it together anymore 😭Permalink
