  1. There's some #HotDrama going on in web dev land. To sum it up: monopolies aren't that great. They might start with good intentions, but slowly they creep towards gate-keeping. That's true for both Apple and Google and every other big platform provider.

      Facebook's in-app browser is just as bad for an open web. Chromebooks are very much tied to Chrome. Samsung TVs have this strange Tizen Browser. Everyone wants to push their stupid app stores by hiding the foundation of the open web.
