A year ago I was like “Ugh, we’re stuck with this dusty old tongue because the Association for the German Language says so” 🙇🏻 Now I’m all like “Screw them, we don’t need an organization to tell us how to use the language.     I actually hated German and didn’t want to use the language anymore. But since I stopped caring what others deem “correct grammar and usage”, I legit started to enjoy speaking and writing German again. English is still superior though, sorry not sorry 😅
